Dr. Kelsey Ybarra is a compassionate and dedicated optometrist from Altus, Oklahoma, who takes pride in helping patients achieve their best possible vision. A proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of the Incarnate Word – Rosenberg School of Optometry (Class of 2019), Dr. Ybarra combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for patient care.

At Victory Vision, she provides comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and performance-focused vision care to help individuals of all ages see clearly and confidently. Her approachable nature and attention to detail make every visit comfortable, informative, and personalized.

Outside the office, Dr. Ybarra enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon, a softball coach at Norman High School, and their two dogs, Riley and Coach. She’s a proud Oklahoma Sooners and Green Bay Packers fan who loves watching and attending football and softball games, as well as spending time with family and friends.
